Families

We had a crazy week. There are a lot of people here who are very awesome. We have one kid named Ale who we are hoping on baptizing this week. His grandfather was baptized about a year ago and is a stud. He only needs one more lesson but he had to go spend some time at his dads house. Elder Torres is a stud! We have been chugging along in the new area. There are a lot of people who we are teaching. We have four part member families that are not married and we are working with them to help them get married. One thing that we are doing here that I wish that we had done in Quilmes was working more with the Part Member Families. There really is nothing like uniting the families in Christ. Speaking about part member families I got word today that my great friends in Quilmes, Maximiliano and Yanina got married on the 4th! They will be getting Baptized on the 12th. I don’t have a lot of time but I wanted to let you all know that I know that “families can be together forever, through Heavenly Fathers plan. I always want to be with my own family and the Lord has shown me how I can." This is something that my mission has taught me so far, the importance of families. I am so grateful for the plan that God has given us so that we can become like him and live with our families forever.

With a ton of love

Elder Cahoon!
